Me, myself and I - daily thoughts

"Sometimes you just need to make yourself happy despite that everything seem so much in a bad state."

my ideas:

1. Go do your hair make it look different, go to the hair salon maybe

2. Play dress ups and go out with that funky outfit you never seem to wear outside your room

3. Be proud of yourself and smile

4. Start the smiling excercise (in front of the mirror, not in public)

5. Go outside and take pictures of nature ( to calm the inner self)


That's all I have for thoughts today.
